Selection of top 3 bidding candidates based on merit and comparative analysis prepared by PMC.
SGM Presentation & Member Voting
Shortlisted builders present proposals directly to society members at the SGM; 1 developer selected via official vote.
Letter of Intent (LOI) & Execution
Issuance of official LOI to the selected developer and preparation for executing the Development Agreement.
Bidding Developers (5 Submitted)
5 developers have submitted complete tender forms. Names and commercial details remain confidential pending PMC evaluation.

Process Clarity
The society maintains strict neutrality during the evaluation process. No builder preference, financial package, or selection decision is published prior to official voting at the Special General Body Meeting as per government guidelines.
