Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Manek Complex Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. will be held on Sunday, 27th September 2026 at 11:00 A M at the Society Office, to transact the following business relating to the financial year 2025-26.
We are happy to share that the redevelopment process has received an encouraging response. As many as 16 reputed Developers/Builders have shown interest in our project and have purchased the tender documents from the PMC office.
As discussed in the joint meeting of the Managing Committee and the Redevelopment Committee held on January 18, 2026, a SGM is convened for presentations by the three shortlisted PMC`s and to select and appoint one PMC through members voting.
We warmly invite each one of you, residents, shop owners and tenants to come together and celebrate this joyous festival with your families.
The AGM will consider matters pertaining to FY 2024-25. The audited accounts for FY 2024-25 are enclosed for your review and will be placed before the meeting for approval.
Further to our previous circular dated February 4, 2025, regarding the redevelopment process, we would like to provide an update on the progress and next steps.
As discussed in the Annual General Meeting on December 15, 2024, and reiterated in the Managing Committee meeting on January 26, 2025, we are proceeding with the removal of old and abandoned bicycles from the society premises.
To facilitate the redevelopment, a Redevelopment Committee (RC) will be formed to oversee key activities. While the MC will provide overall supervision, the RC will be actively involved in execution.
As discussed in the AGM on 15th Dec 2024 and following a requisition from members, a SGM is being convened to obtain necessary consents for the redevelopment of our buildings
